IPM Coffee Innovations, LLC. is a family owned company dedicated to providing high quality gourmet coffee, and cutting edge espresso and cappuccino related products and services to our customers.

    The company was founded as IPM of Central Jersey in 1982 by Adrian J. Strysky, a chemical engineer who approached coffee production from a practical and scientific perspective.  Emphasis was placed on reliable and innovative, commercial-quality equipment from America,  Italy and Spain and fine coffees and teas from every corner of the world.   Proper training of customers took priority, including educating customers in the finer details of the different coffee brewing processes.  IPM pioneered the "Total Service" concept in the tri-state area by offering coffee equipment sales and service, gourmet flavored and varietal coffee distribution, and OCS coffee service- all from one source.  In the last 5 years we have expanded on this philosophy of innovation by adding the Swiss built IPM Supra to  our product line.  Manufactured by Thermoplan, AG, the Supra is THE MOST innovative superautomatic espresso/ cappuccino machine in the world!  

    To further emphasize our dedication to innovative coffee products,  as of January 1, 1999,  we changed our name from IPM of Central Jersey to  IPM Coffee Innovations, LLC.

    IPM provides weekly coffee deliveries to central New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, and sells and services espresso/ cappuccino equipment up and down the east coast.  In addition to over 300 restaurants, gourmet shops and institutional customers in the tri-state area, a few of our higher profile customers include:
